This bread was also produced for the hotel market. We now make 300 of these beauties each week. This is a sweet bread and goes well with soups or salads. We use a lot of oats and wheat germ in this bread too.

Ingredients: Brown wholemeal WHEAT flour, (wheat flour, wheat bran, wheat gluten), fresh buttermilk (MILK) treacle (12%), rapeseed oil, porridge oats (OATS), WHEAT germ, brown sugar, free range EGGS, Raising Agents Sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate & salt.
