Our lemon cake is super easy to make and tastes delicious. Again, as with all our products, the ingredients listing is short and recognisable!

We use self-raising and plain flour and low-fat cream cheese in this cake. We don’t even need to add an additional raising agent. This cake has a shelf life of 18 days and we make the icing with lemon juice and icing sugar. Sometimes we make cupcakes and muffins with the same recipe.

Ingredients: Caster Sugar, free range EGGS, icing sugar, rapeseed oil, cream cheese (MILK), self raising WHEAT flour, plain white WHEAT flour, lemon juice from concentrate (E224-Potassium Metabisulphite) Raising Agent: Sodium hydrogen carbonate.
